Lobo Registration Office

The Registrar's Office is here to serve our Chavez Lobo Parents and Students. Enrollment process, Records Requests, Transcript Requests, Duplicate Diploma Requests as well as Change of Student Address is all handled in the Registration Office.

What happens after completing the Enrollment Form?

Verification of Enrollment (VOE)
If a VOE is requested for legal purposes (e.g. Social Security, Child Support, etc.) please contact the Registrar's Office directly.

For a driver's license VOE, please see your student's Grade Level Assistant Principal.

Diploma Replacement Form

If you need a diploma replacement, simply download the form to your computer, fill out the form and press the submit button at the bottom of the form.  It will be submitted to the Registrar via email. We will then begin the process of requesting a duplicate.  Once the duplicate diploma comes in, we will contact you.

• Replacement Diploma Fee is $25.00 due on Date of Order
• Replacement Diploma Cover Fee is $10.00 due on Date of Order
• Replacement Diplomas take 6 – 8 weeks after order date to arrive
• You will be contacted by telephone once the Replacement Diploma is ready for pickup
• A photo ID is required to pick up Replacement Diplomas

To ensure a safe, respectful, and academically focused school environment, the use of cell phones and similar electronic devices, (cell phones, smart watch, tablets, or any other electronic device capable of digital communication ) is prohibited during a school day at HISD campus.

Students may not:

• Use cell phones for any reason (calls, text, photos, social media, etc.)
• Display or visibly carry cell phones
• Use smart watches or wearable communication devices
• Have phones visible at any time from arrival to dismissal.  This include passing periods and lunch.

2025-2026 HISD School Choice Timeline 

Phase I: Lottery – Parents rank options and apply. HISD runs a lottery to determine which students get a seat. Students who do not receive a seat are waitlisted at all schools ranked higher than the seat they were offered.  

Phase II: Space Available - Parents may add themselves to existing waitlists established during Phase I. *Current HISD students can no longer apply once this phase closes.   

Students may still be offered a seat at a campus if space opens up until the end of Phase 2. At the end of this phase, waitlists are retired.  

 Note: Students that are not enrolled in HISD can submit an application even after Phase 2 has closed.
